You would think education in
the health care field would be free from misrepresentations and outright fraud. Unfortunately, that isn't the case.
Medical vocational/technology schools are prime ground for unscrupulous business practices. Many have been recruiting students to sign up for courses promising lucrative careers - but only delivering empty promises and large tuition bills.

Signs you may have a legal case against a school even if the
school has closed:
- The employment statistics of its graduates appear
made-up.
- Few of your classmates have jobs even though the
school claims most graduates are employed.
- You have struggled to find clinicals on your own
- The school's "accreditation" is not the kind of
accreditation needed in your program of study
Attorney Jeffrey
Antonelli has been investigating and filing lawsuits against these
kind of schools for a number of years. After determining a strong legal
basis exists for going after a school, and possibly its owners, attorney
Jeffrey Antonelli creates a team of lawyers and if needed brings
together a group of law firms to go after the school.

Our involvement began with former
students of medical vocational/technology school Medical Careers Institute (MCI) of Chicago, followed
by students of other medical vocational/technology schools. Many students complained they were misled into enrolling
with false promises of clinical site placement, being qualified
to sit for the Registry Examination upon course completion, and
supposedly high employment rates of the school's graduates. Medical Assistant programs where graduates were falsely told they could sit for the CMA credential examination upon graduation came later. If you graduated from any program that does not satisfy employers' requirements, contact attorney Jeffrey Antonelli right away.
Contact the Law Office of Jeffrey
