FAST resolution re alleged copyright infringement
We got a list of law firms attached to a notice that a court complaint had been filed by a copyright holder. After going through the list and doing online research we contacted Mr Antonelli. Due to the pandemic we didn’t hesitate too much about his firm being in another state, and also because the firm has workings/co-counsels in numerous states.
Mr Antonelli apparently has vast experience in this particular field (copyright infringement) and explained what his experience SUGGESTED would be the outcome. He was absolutely correct, and we were able to reach a VERY reasonable settlement.
