What is the average Strike 3 Holdings Settlement Amount?

Some of the main questions asked during our consultation are around settling with Strike 3 Holdings:

Should I settle with Strike 3 Holdings? How much is it going to cost if I settle?

First, should you settle with Strike 3 Holdings?

That really depends on you and your individual situation.

Settling with Strike 3 Holdings can make the situation go away a lot faster, essentially buying you peace of mind. If you settle through Antonelli Law we can ensure that (as long as your circumstances qualify), both your settlement and settlement payment are made anonymously. We’ve found over the years that for many clients the ability to ensure anonymity and end the process as quickly as they can is worth paying a settlement, even if they don’t really think they should have to.

Strike 3 Holdings Settlement Pros and Cons

We have developed some pros and cons for settling with Strike 3 Holdings. As always, each case is unique– we’ve seen defendants that have been accused of 20 downloads and those that have been accused of more than 200 downloads. Make sure you schedule a free consultation so we can discuss the specifics of your case and give you more information on what you can expect.

The pros of settling with Strike 3 Holdings:

  • Your case will be resolved quickly
  • Your case is resolved anonymously from public records
  • We’ll ensure that you as a person (not just your IP address) are released so you can’t be sued again for any other supposed download activity that happened prior to your settlement

The cons of settling with Strike 3 Holdings:

Regardless of whether or not you feel you should have to, you will have to pay a settlement fee.

Strike 3 Holdings Settlement Amount

Each case is different, but here are some things we’ve seen in the past. Strike 3 Holdings typically requests $750/downloaded, with a maximum amount of around $50,000. When we negotiate for our clients the settlement amount varies greatly and depends on several factors. Average settlements tend to range from under $100/movie to approximately $500/movie. We’ve also been able to prove financial hardship and get a settlement all the way down to $250 total, so it really is case-specific.

What our Strike 3 Holdings Clients Say:

I believe Jeffrey is one of the top lawyers in handling Strike 3 Holdings

5.0 stars
Posted by anonymous
December 2, 2020

I did research on what was the matter and then consulted a few lawyers with the purpose of knowing how they would handle the case. In the “interview”, I found Jeffrey is the most experienced. He can provide you with a clear picture of the scenarios of each route, the most-likely costs (base on his multi-year experiences), and the time it may takes, all with full confidence. The rest of the story was simple. I hired him, the case is solved as predicted. Most importantly, the cost, I believe, is in the lowest range. Any downsides? I guess somebody may feel their website is kinda not easily approachable. But in the fact, they are very friendly and modest.

What our clients say:

FAST resolution re alleged copyright infringement

5.0 stars
Posted by anonymous
March 15, 2021

We got a list of law firms attached to a notice that a court complaint had been filed by a copyright holder. After going through the list and doing online research we contacted Mr Antonelli. Due to the pandemic we didn’t hesitate too much about his firm being in another state, and also because the firm has workings/co-counsels in numerous states.

Mr Antonelli apparently has vast experience in this particular field (copyright infringement) and explained what his experience SUGGESTED would be the outcome. He was absolutely correct, and we were able to reach a VERY reasonable settlement. What impressed me most was how quickly he gets things done – from responding to an online queerie, to scheduling a phone consultation (same day!) to answering emails, to filing paperwork and contacting opposing counsel. ESPECIALLY given that we only had 30 days from the time the complaint was MAILED to us to resolve it!

Mr. Antonelli is very thorough and patient in answering questions and is understanding of his clients/potential clients confusion and apprehension when they get that complaint notice! Highly recommend.

Is a Motion to Quash right for your Strike 3 Holdings Subpoena?

Have you recently received a notice from your internet service provider, such as Comcast, and a Strike 3 Holdings letter?

Strike 3 Holdings is accusing you, or someone in your home or office, of illegally downloading their adult film content. They produce pornographic content under the names Vixen, Blacked, and Tushy. The goal is to pursue you in Federal court for violating the Copyright Act.

If this is new, please look at our main Strike 3 Holdings page for a lot of background information and FAQs.

In copyright infringement lawsuits like these, you typically have a limited amount of time to retain your anonymity in your lawsuit, meaning your name won’t be publicly tied to the case. Additionally, the longer you wait to act, the fewer options you will likely have. No matter your level of guilt or innocence, it is imperative you take action as soon as possible and learn your options to resolve your lawsuit with Strike 3 Holdings.

Look on your ISP letter and note the date of the disclosure. You should act before this date! Before your name is released to Strike 3 Holdings you have the opportunity to file something that’s called a motion to quash the subpoena. Is this something that’s right for you?

Watch the video above to find out a little more about this step and also discover more about whether a motion to quash is right for your Strike 3 Holdings case.

Antonelli Law has years of experience with copyright infringement cases, and Strike 3 Holdings lawsuits in particular.
